The company will liaise with local people to assure them of the efficacy of the operation and accommodate as far as is practical any concerns they have. The company will operate an open book policy and publish on this website performance and operational data and all emissions data.  All requests for information will be dealt with expeditiously and a contact person will be made available to answer questions. The Malpils project will be an exemplar which others will seek to emulate.
