Location

The plant will be built on land adjacent to the existing boiler for the district heating scheme in Malpils.

The site plan is as below. A new purpose build building will be erected which will be 64m*44m. This building will be of high architectural merit and will include areas for training, public gallery as well as the plant, stores and offices.
